Bidrage med feedbackThey've moved from their earlier location to a bigger, solely Burgers focused space. I liked the community feeling of their earlier space more. Anyway, I am disappointed in the veggie offering that they have--the veggie burger. It used to be really good but the quality and fixings (no jalapenos! have deteriorated. In the old place I could get the burger by itself on their traditional platter in lieu of beef or chicken, accompanied by rice and beans and plantains. They can't and don't do that anymore either. I don't have any perspective on their meat burgers.
Takeout order was completely wrong. Ordered a chicken sandwich, two different burgers, and fries; I ended up missing one burger, and once we dug into the bag, we discovered a chicken sandwich (without slaw), fries, and burger I didn't order. really sloppy or I got the wrong order. Either way, $50 (with tip) was a lot to pay for a messed up order. Also, while the burgers (even one I didn't order) are good, the fries are floppy and oil-soaked. Suggest avoiding all together. The shake was meh.
Overpriced. $70 for 2 adults and 2 kid meals. Took 30 minutes for 4 burgers. You can't request how you want the burger cooked. I was told all the burgers are cooked one way. They were cleaning the floor while we were eating, and the smell was overly strong.
I had the mushroom Swiss with the rosemary Parmasan fries. The overall meal was great. I love the lightly toasted fluffy bun and the sear on the burger. The fries were amazing!! Great combination with flavors that explodes in your mouth! I ordered mine through door dash for work, I wish I could have dined in to experience the atmosphere.
I have gone to Frank’s burger place several times but not to their new location. They just moved across the county parking lot to a different spot which is fine that’s not the problem. The problem with my 1 star review is that as you walk in the place does not look that welcoming, At the time of ordering our food,he person taking our order wasn’t sure of what ingredients they may, or may not have in stock for example, mayonnaise, which should be a standard staple in a burger joint was not available, and for the first time ordering my regular all American burger, it felt like the patties were premade from a frozen batch and just thrown on the grill to get warmed up. The ketchup bottle for our table wasn’t full and we struggle to get some ketchup, the napkin dispenser was floppy and Lao with not enough napkins, our table was sticky and didn’t feel like it had been properly cleaned or wipe down in a while I think it’s safe to say that that was my last visit to Frank’s unless they turn things around quickly
