A gem of a restaurant. The food was incredible, and the host was so lovely. I couldn't recommend Stella's Bistro more highly. Amazing describes this bistro perfectly. The food is all cooked by the hosts of Green View bed and breakfast, who also own Stella 's Bistro. Nice selection of items available on the menu, which changes on a regular basis. The food was delicious and the presentation was perfect. Very intimate atmosphere created with retro decoration and personal service from your hosts. At time of our visit open to non residents Wednesday to Saturday evenings and booking essential. Lovely place! Your options in Silloth for food is basically fish and chips or pub grub. Stella's however is serving up huge plates of tasty French food at great prices! It's part of a guesthouse but open to all if they have space (definitely need to book ahead though as it's only small). Service is impeccable and the whole experience was excellent.
