Bidrage med feedbackCurrently, there are not many options for nice Cafes at Sihanoukville, but as the boom town takes shape and dust settles, there will surely be more options. Twin Lotus is one place where you can enjoy good coffee in a comfortable ambiance. The service is good. The washrooms should be upgraded to complete the overall positive experience.
Even 70% of the tables occupied, the staff here still wouldn't want to turn on the air conditioning say not working? The management must have trained them well to save cost. Staff here English comprehension are poor, they pretend to understand you but then got the order wrong. When complained, they'll take away the food and bring it back again without any correction. When asked to speak to the manager, they would use the same tactic, walk away and come back much later without doing anything and telling you say cook can't change the dishes. Tables were not cleaned and used tissues strewn on the floor and near window. WTF! My advice, go find a better restaurant.
Bad food taste and service. Before order, we have communicated with waitress there, and she confirm there is no pork served in what we have ordered. But, when the meal served is with pork, we asked many time to change our meal to just without pork, they seems like not so understand what we need.
Cool please to get cold coffee. It's relatively newer coffee shop than Amazon. And it's price higher too, unfortunately the coffee is not better than Amazon. They automatically put sugar in your coffee, so you better tell them before you order. The place and ambience is definitely better than Amazon. The place looks cool and tgey even have playground for kids. So is the extra dollar worth it? Yes, I can work on my laptop here quitely, not like in Amazon. Wifi's good and there's plenty of power outlet too. They also accept both USD and KHR. I haven't tried the food yet, maybe for the next visit.
Lovely place, good food and good drink. However the toilet is very small, and have one toilet only. I had to queue to my turn 20 minutes. That's pity for a big place like this
