Koh Touch - Sihanoukville

A local restaurant with a reasonable price, sea foods are available here. Acceptable taste. A good place for family and friends gathering. They serve lunch and dinner.

This place is recommended by my driver in Sihanoukville, when I ask him that I want to try Khmer Fried Rice (Bay Cha). The place is just like any local restaurant, semi outdoor with fans. On lunch, this place is full with the local people. We order 2 fried rice, 1 beef and 1 seafood, and 1 fried chicken wirh some pepper seed and lemongrass, I forgot the name. The fried rice is just okay, in my opinion, Indonesian or Chinese fried rice is better. The chicken is okay too nothing special about it, so I can't recommend you anything. I think thr seafood dishes is their specialty since so many local order it. Maybe I'll try it on the next visit. For the drink they serve softdrinks. The toilet is pretty clean. I haven't try the wifi and I can't find any power outlet here. They accept both USD and KHR. And the menu have English translation and picture too so you don't have to worry about ordering the food.

It is also a farmouse place for launch and dinner. The price is suitable.

Truely responsible restaurant for only local people in Sihanouk Ville. Price is very very affordable and no increased since 5 year ago.

We had no idea why the main who took the order was not happy with our present and even yell at us. The food is good but the device is zero.
