Bidrage med feedbackMy friend and I often stop at Chili's in Sierra Vista for lunch after shopping, and we always receive great service and good food. Yesterday, we decided to try something different from the changed lunch menu. I can't remember the name of the dish, maybe something Tex-Mex, but it was extremely spicy. Our server, Michelle, offered to replace it for us, but we declined and tried to eat it. Eventually, she explained the situation to the Manager, who kindly removed it from our bill. I want to thank Michelle and the Manager for their exceptional customer service.
This Chilis location was a favorite of Moms. We met here tonite in honor of Lu Kaegi. Cheers Mom to your last best place on earth. May you finally R.I.P.
The service at this restaurant is consistently slow. It took almost an entire half of a football game for us to receive our chips and dip. Additionally, there were issues with billing, as my card was charged twice due to the restaurant's system not supporting wireless Amex payments. They also automatically added an 18% tip to the bill. Despite assurances that the charges would not go through, they did. The bartender only completed the survey after processing payments for my two friends, hoping for extra shifts. Unfortunately, the staff did not agree with the ratings she left or have the opportunity to provide their own input. Overall, the service was inattentive and slow in delivering our food and drinks.
My party of 8 had made a reservation for 1:30, but upon arrival, we discovered that there was no record of our reservation. Despite having available tables, we had to wait over an hour before receiving our meals. The food was tasty and served hot, but we decided to forgo dessert due to the long wait. It took over 30 minutes to receive our bills, and we eventually received incorrect ones. After waiting even longer for the correct bills, we encountered more issues with the final amount. Although our waitress was friendly, the service was extremely slow considering the number of customers in the restaurant. I usually enjoy sitting at the bar here, but I will not be returning with a large group in the future.
Terrible free wifi policy, so bad I would not recommend eating at any Chilis due to the over complicated sign up process and invasion of privacy, hello at mobile number AND email? Plus it still was never clear if you were connected to the network. Justan over complicated, poorly implemented and none intuitive system
