Best service , food and menu in the area . I hope they get more craft beers on the menu but they are always spot on with their food menu for such a small seating area.

I love this place because of their great customer service and awesome atmosphere but their food is hit or miss. I usually get the beef nachos which are delicious, however, half of the time they come with very little toppings underneath the top layer. They also always have burnt edges. I want to give them 5 stars so badly but the food just comes up short too frequently.

Whenever I'm back home visiting I make sure to stop at the Village Hide-A-Way! The food here is always top notch and the service is even better. They probably have some of the best prices in the area when it comes to food and drink. This is a perfect spot to watch any of your favorite sports as well. There is typically always parking right out front, but if not there is free parking right around the corner. They are consistently busy but they never let that be an excuse for how clean they keep the place at all times. This past weekend I got the Smashed Turkey Grinder and it was so good. The toppings were fresh and you can tell it's not your typical deli meat Turkey. The fries are cooked to perfection and I HIGHLY recommend getting a side of the homemade ranch! If you are in downtown Vicksburg they are also part of the Vicksburg Social District where you can pop in and grab a beer and walk around downtown.

Showed up and was told 15-20min wait. 45 mins later they had sat 3 other tables of people who appeared to be regulars before us. But when we asked they said it was just normal, but they had a hand written notebook with the names on it that was out by the front door so was obviously their names were after ours. Their food is good but not worth the quality of service provided at all. Saw other groups leave from similar quality of service as us.

The food is always good. The place is always packed, so get there early for dinner. It's not fancy, but a great place to grab a sandwich and a beer,
