Wave Cafe - Sidi Gaber

I visited the Carlos restaurant today in a branch in Alexandria city Center, it looks like a decent place, although it is very dusty, as it is located near a construction site. I chose the seafood salad from the menu. From the first look, the salad looked appetizing, decorated with shrimp and smoked salmon. But it was worth stirring the salad and seeing how it consists of almost sluggish dark leaves that are unsuitable for eating. Sand crunched on the teeth lettuce leaves were not even washed, which increases the risk of poisoning. It was very unpleasant and unappetizing. There was a sense of uncleanliness and lack of sophistication. It is also disgusting when the cleaner sweeps the dirt right at your table and this dust flies into your face, into your food. Disgusting place, very unclean, highly do not recommend!!!

We have just arrived and order. The service was terrible. So our order came and the waiter was too careless a glass of coffee spilled all over me, A HOT ONE. It was so horrible because we have just arrive and since this is my last night in Alexandria I would love to enjoy the sea breeze. But how could I when a glass of mocha spilled all over me. My skirt was soaking wet. And the waiter and manager didn't even Came to apologize to me. I walk back to my place feeling cold. I tried to ash the chocolates away my skirt but not too good. I wish they would be more careful next time.

The location is very practical and the food is so delicious.
