Starbucks - Sidewinder

Parking: There are five plus businesses that share the same lot for parking. Although it is only half of the lower Stanley Village, the parking does fill up. If visiting during June thru October... I recommend parking at the visitor's center that is across the street.

Four employees in an empty store. I placed a mobile order for 2 drinks. I received one and waited another 15 minutes for another one. 25 minutes total. Employees standing around, socializing. I finally spoke up and asked where the other drink was, only to find out they made it, placed it on the other side of the counter and not by the mobile order pick up counter where my first drink was. Then ignored me and didn 't even bother to ask what I was waiting for or hand me the beverage. I 'm busy training someone one woman said. I just got here said the other one, who was present at the store the whole time. Excuses and zero accountability. I had them remake both drinks because at that point both were lukewarm. They remade the wrong kind. So then they had to re-re-make them. Sweet lord. The store was empty, I can 't even imagine how it looks like during rush hour. People want employment, business and tips but show zero pride in their jobs and zero interest in providing good customer service. Do better!

Really busy and understaffed. Also out of a lot of things. No grilled cheese. Food we did get was mediocre. People were very nice though.
