The Delta - side

Very fun bar/restaurant. It has such a good atmosphere, the playlist was crazy good. Like I was wondering if they actually had a DJ. Our server was great and the food was great too. Definitely will come back.

My boyfriend and I were walking down North Avenue recently, looking for a comfortable, last-minute spot for some lunch on a Sunday. As we searched, we came across the Delta. Very negative experience. Came in, granted it was busy, but sat at the bar on Sunday. They were out of two menu items at 4pm (half our tables order)! One of which were tamales… A staple of their menu. We weren't greeted for a while when sat and in general could pick up on the very frantic and unpleasant energy that the staff was overwhelmed. Everything I had in my mouth while I was here was absolutely delicious. From drinks to food to SOUSE! The place is illuminated with great music and a beautiful POC rainbow. Our servers were more friendly than ever and they were able to accommodate us. I highly recommend it, and I can't wait to go back and continue to support black-owned restaurants!

This is my new favorite spot in the city. Food is unbelievably good, really fair prices, unique craft cocktails, real all-are-welcome vibes, live DJ was all go. I just wish it was a bit bigger for more tables, but they still found seating for us. If you can get in, do it. You'll be impressed.
