Potbelly - side

We were pleasantly surprised that this chain has soups. We liked it best with broccoli. This place was not very clean, the floor of the toilet was sticky, as if something sweet had been spilled there a long time ago and it had dried up.

I ordered a Mediterranean chicken sandwich. It was ready by the time I went to pick. It was so good in taste. The stuffing was plenty of veggies, chicken, cheese, mayo etc. The sandwich was more than lunch. I liked it.

I order from this Potbelly 's a lot because it is close to my job. I usually never have an issue with the delivery or pick. However, for the first time ever I placed an order and Door dash mixed up the orders and I was waiting for my food to arrive for an hour. I called the manager from Potbelly 's to check on my order and she was doing everything in her power to make sure I would get my food as soon as possible. Another hour passed and I called Potbelly 's again to check on my order one of the staff told me that the manager had no luck getting the items redelivered so she was on her way to deliver it herself. I thought to myself wow how sweet of her little did I know that she wasn 't taking a drive to deliver my food...no no no SHE WALKED! Yes, WALKED all the way from the Potbelly 's on Rush St. to where I was. It put the biggest smile on my face not because of the food but because of the kind gesture.THANK YOU TO THAT AMAZING MANAGER!!!!!!

Do not go here. Unsafe, crowded, and terrible staff. Homeless just come in and take foodstuffs and run out.

Service is horrible i placed an order via doordash. Potbelly cancelled my order no one cared to notify, other than 1 hour and a half later I received a cancelled order. When i called the mod was rude and said she didnt want to make the order twice. Im still waiting for credit what a waste of work day!
