Morse Avenue Nightlife - side

Although I knew this hotel was central, I didn’t really understand it until I got there. It’s right on the Magnificent Mile and it’s great value for money. Perfect for those needing to travel on a budget. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is very pretty. The air conditioner is noisy but this is something we experienced in other hotels throughout our vacation.

Wonderful employees, most helpful, the girl at the reception in the morning, very friendly, named Lety, super special.

This hotel is fine and in a good location but the elevators are a nightmare, if you are on a higher floor it can be anywhere from 10-20 minutes for a ride down and they are very small. This hotel is actually also a $15 extra rate per night of facilities fee which is a huge scam used to keep their rates low while charging you for internet and a business center which they claim are free . Oh plus $1.50 in sales tax on each day of facilities fee . I hate slimey businesses.

Very clean and comfortable, excellent location and unbeatable price. Front desk staff were noticeably kind and authentic as well.

What is really good about this hotel-location and friendly staff. In my opinion this hotel does not deserve 4 stars as listed. A/C is working but blows directly on the bed and you do not have the option to change that, bathroom is also needs update, flush is as noisy noisy as you stay near Niagara Fall. In many reviews you will find that there are places to eat nearby and that is correct but only few are open before 10am and there is no hot tea or coffee in the lobby, no option to grab something on the way.
