I've never had a bad experience. They are very quick and efficient. Never had a problem with my order.

I pay $5 for a large coffee and they can’t even give me my moneys worth. The LEAST they can do is fill it more than what they give.

If you ask for no ice they want to charge you 1.25 EXTRA for your drink. If you ask for less ice they want.79 cents extra. I called corperate they said TWO MONTHS AGO that should never happen. Now they say that's up to the manager. If you don't ask for easy ice then they will fill up the cup with ice and you get almost no drink. They are sleazy at this location. Oh and they will sell you 3 and 4 day old donuts.

Iv ordered food twice from here, and both times the food was microwaved and not good. A bagel should be toasted not microwaved
