Butcher The Burger - side

The burger was phenomenal. Asked for rare expecting a little over rare. Got the 1 min flip, 1 min sear and serve, just how I like it. Lots of options to pick through on the build-a-burger menu. The fries are okay, like a crispier (crunchy) fry personally. Atmosphere is a nice dinner kind of vibe but in elevated chairs/seating. Definitely recommend a visit, and will be back myself in the future.

Great BYOB burgers and built your own buggers to perfection. All ingredients are very fresh.

I had a burger with a grass fed patty and really enjoyed it. It was high quality, fresh, cooked to perfection. The cashier/server also gave me a few complimentary potato chips. They are made fresh in house, and were absolutely stunning — light, buttery, and practically melted in my mouth. It's fairly pricey for a burger joint but the quality and service make up for it.

This is one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had in my life. We had one beef cheese burger and one steak burger. The meat was very dry; not good quality, no good seasoning. I am very disappointed to see so many good reviews and then see such a bad quality food.

Best Vegetarian option for a burger. I am absolutely hooked now. Don't forget the beignets!
