Nice, juicy and crispy, very convenient to eat in or takeaway. Very fast, even at the busiest time.

Great branch in town and serve very fast! Staff are always nice and happy to offer alternatives and it does halal chicken. If you want a quick bite to eat KFC is the place for you. KFC completed my life it is the best shop in the world so I would give it five stars.

Hope can improve more. Especially the tables and floor cleanliness. Dining area is not cool enough. Staffs are nice and helpful. Food are good.

QSR outlet attached to the hotel beside. During my recent visit to this outlet, most of the menu out of stock or unavailable. To be highlight, outlet's cleanliness and food quality is at worrying situation, which should get more effort to improve.

I would like to make a feedback regarding about the staffs in this kfc branch. It has annoyed me very much especially if a fast food restaurant has not able to deliver his service up to par. I went to this particular branch at that time to collect my order. At that time , there wasn't a single customer in the restaurant except me. Im asking if i can take my order by showing my phone , at that time only 2 staffs in the restaurant. One of them are manager, she saw me waiting there, she just turned and walked away without saying anything. Another staff was preparing another order... I just saw my food lying on top of counter, I just took it and walked away... What kind of service is this.... and how she can become a branch manager with this kind of attitude
