The Blind Tiger - Shreveport

Service was fast and friendly! Prices were good. Etouffee was almost room temp, but the flavor was great. Jambalaya rice is amazing!

They have most of the Cajun classic cuisine and even cocktails. I liked the dégustation plate where they serve you a bit of everything!

Wont lie I was skeptical at first. The parking situation is terrible if you dont know about the parking around back. But food was very good! Definitely one of the best places in Shreveport. Highly recommend.

This was my second time at the Blind Tiger. I had the Crawfish Etouffee and it was soooo delicious! Bread puddling was incredible too! Our waiter was super attentive and pleasant. We will be back!

Service was quick, beer was cold, gumbo was great and the catfish was blackened to perfection.
