Subway - Shreveport

Associate on 7-11-22 tried to rip me off with nonstop, aggressive upselling. When I called her out on it and politely asked her to stop she became very rude with a tone and passive aggression. I was going to let it slide, but decided to report to assistant manager there. She should be fired. Lost my business! (Also a coworker had an associate here become triggered on them too)

I haven't eaten at subway in yearssss! This location has a drive thru which is a PLUS! Customer service great and food was good as well!!

The ice machine is magically “unt” and enchanting. this subway has better eating and better service than most subways, but I think the lobby ice machine is in the intention to discourage the hotel residents from the arrival to the drinks. So I give them 2 stars when they get it fixed soon, then I will be the rating up to 4. I expect it to stay at 2 stars.

A little better than the average Subway. Sandwich was well constructed.
