Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Shreveport

I bought 4 cookies and they were all so hard I almost broke my teeth. I just called the store to get a voice mail that indicates to leave a name, phone number and email address someone will be back to me in a few days. It's ridiculous selling someone who doesn't fit to eat.

If you have what you order, just lucky that you want to buy a lottery ticket next to the Exxon

The staff is great and the food was good. Friendly and made u feel welcome

I was very disappointed. After I came home, realized that they did not contain my full order in my pocket or box, especially after they loaded me extra for the food they did not put in the bag. What's going on? That's the second time this happened. I promise you there won't be a third time. I will not return to this restaurant, if at all.

The older gentleman working was so sweet! There system was down and he was trying his best to let everyone know and work through the problem. Our order was 100% correct down to the sauces.
