Starbucks - Shorewood

I always do my mobile pickup order at this location as it is on my way to work and my order is usually ready when I pickup or within 5-10 minutes. This review is for yesterday, where upon arriving there was a line of people inside waiting for seemingly a long amount of time. I waited the 5-10 minutes as I have in the past, but that soon turned into well over 20 minutes (30+ minutes if you count my commute there, which is ridiculous for 1 drink) and I had to leave without my order as I was now running late to work. I'm not sure what the deal was with yesterday around 2:30pm, maybe they got slammed with orders, but it's definitely unfortunate and I feel sorry for the people that came before that waited even longer.

The beagles were ok. They forgot to make one of my drinks in the hustle and bustle. I don't feel it's an excuse that they were super busy because they are always busy. I did appreciate that they immediately took fault and fixed the situation. As much as I enjoyed my meal and drink, I just don't feel there is anything that really stands out. The quality of the pastries and sandwiches is basically the same as Dunkin' Donuts. Staff is friendly and very professional.

If they pay for a cup of coffee, it should be what they ordered. this coffee was ordered with cream and as they can see in the picture, it is on the label, but not in the cup. it is also not even quite close and with these trips I think it should be full.
