Domino's Pizza - Shorewood

The employee in the evening shift is Incredibly rude. Twice we placed an order for delivery. After an hour of waiting we called they said they canceled our order because they closed due to understaffed employees. No apologies were given. If you are under staff you should not take any orders whatsoever. The customer service at this location is horrible they employees lack a sense of kindness and Common courtesy. Domino’s has lost my business forever. It’s not worth the aggravation

Always had a great experience here! All people we have our order in with was friendly and great all delivery people are very personal and great! My husband and I take bets on how fast they come into our house, usually they will say they will be here 30-40 minutes, so we take bets when it will be earlier or the actual time.. Today they were here in 15 minutes!!! Thanks to everyone at the Shorewood location for ingenious!!

Shorewood store food is consistently awful, the last time i ordered the pizza had a hair in it I can still taste the hair products it was a shade of red. The pizza toppings are not even and the cheese does not cover the crust. only one time in 4 years did the food come and it was good it's like there rushed

Always check their pizza before they leave. my man ordered the pizza wrong and the master monte was very courteous and offered to restore our pizza.
