Cookie Jar Bakery - Shorewood

Since our favorite bakery closed we've been hunting for another great local sugar cookie. I found this place through Google. I was so happy to find an amazing frosted sugar cookie here! The staff is very friendly they have adorable childrens books cookie jars for sale!!

The best chocolate chip cookies in the Midwest are made here. I love cookies. These are THE BEST there is. The snickerdoodles are outstanding as well. The store is adorable and the staff is always friendly. There is not a mediocre item in the store.

First, workers are very friendly on the phone (I called a few times because I was indecision). I asked if she made cakes she did not BUT they make chocolate chip cookie cakes. I thought we were trying. It was HUGE, as fresh, every single person commented on how good it was! I had to pick it up with my toddler and newborn. The lady offered to wear the biscuit cake for me and help what was super appreciated. My toddler also has a frosted sugar cookie and I'm sniffing a bite. It was the best cookie I've ever eaten in my life. I think of these cookies all the time lol!!! Thanks for being friendly and making delicious fresh cookies.

I wanted to order cookies for my sons monster truck themes birthday party and I am so happy that I decided to go with this bakery. They were absolutely wonderful. They were so delicious and fresh, the design was exactly what I was looking for! I had asked everyone where I ordered from. Thank you. Cookie Jar Bakery for providing amazing cookies for our family and friends, you have really done an excellent job! I cannot expect to order cookies again for our next event! P.S. to anyone who still has to visit., when you go to this place, it smells soooo yummy, very tempting to try one or more) of everything!

Love this sweet little bakery. My daughter and I have our weekly trip to the library that would not have been completed without Cookie Jar Bakery cookie and a visit to Rachel.
