Bidrage med feedbackWhen summer comes, I remember it. Somen noodles, especially Ibo no Ito, with cold and delicious spring water flowing over them. Memories of being brought here when I was a child come flooding back. The nostalgic restaurant hasn't changed since long ago, with a Showa-era vibe. I was served delicious Ibo no Ito noodles boiled by a professional, and the natural spring water flowing around really refreshed me. Since I'm dining alone, I had no hesitation in using chopsticks. The salt-grilled rainbow trout was light and delicious. Being raised in a clear stream, it had no fishy smell at all and was full of flavor. It disappeared in no time along with the rice balls. The famous fried sweet potatoes will have to be saved for next time.
This is a traditional nagashi somen (flowing noodle) restaurant. It is not open during the winter season. In the tank inside the restaurant, there are many rainbow trouts swimming (you can also enjoy them salt-grilled). They also sell rare items like ageimo around here, so it's recommended to stop by for a break.
I was able to visit this restaurant for the first time in 3 years. The flowing somen noodles and grilled trout are must-try dishes every time. They never disappoint with their delicious taste. It's a bit far, but definitely worth the trip!
国道29号線、戸倉峠の兵庫県側にあるお店。そうめん流しやニジマス料理、笹うどんなどなどが食べられます。 でも私の目当ては あげいも です。 潰して丸めたじゃがいもに衣をつけて揚げています。 あつあつホクホクでとても美味しい! 戸倉峠を越える時は必ず買ってしまいます。北海道の峠の あげいも も有名ですが峠では あげいも を売るものなの? こちらで そうめんもたまには食べようかなと思うのですが、友人の実家が揖保乃糸の生産者でそうめん流しはいちばんそうめんの駄目な食べ方だと言っていたのてなんとなく食べていません。 息子はいつも食べたそうにしていますがm(__)m あと あげいも は見た目以上にボリュームがあり、少食の人なら1食分になりますよ。
