Custom Burger - Shirlington

Their burgers are not real meat. They’re plant based and the company has refused to advertise it as such. They did this due to meat prices. How did I find this out? My hamburger looked like pale white meat and tasted horrible. The cook told me “we actually don’t use real meat and the owners refuse to tell customers”. So here I am telling you. This company is lying and feeding you plant based burgers under the guise of real meat. SHUT THEM DOWN

Service was good. Counter person was very helpful when the card reader wasn't working. Burger meat quality is lacking!

Received HORRIBLE unprofessional service today from an employee. She was extremely rude to me all I was trying to get was an order that I had twice before. Brown-skin female with braids in her hair should definitely not be working with customers!

I got a breakfast burger here before a morning flight out of DCA. I used the QR code to order online. Everything was pretty seamless and it was 10 bucks for the sandwich, a little pricey but fair for being an airport and the size of the sandwich. The whole process took less than 10 minutes from scan to order in my hand. I did the breakfast burger and it was filling and everything was fresh. I would order again on future trips through DCA.

This location is inside terminal A and Ronald Reagan National Airport. The burger was good, but ordering was awkward with the QR code and phone. Once you get the burger there is no place to eat it except at the tables at the gate, if you can get a seat. This is takeout only.
