First of all third class Service extremely below the belt,the scene was we have booked the rooms for our relatives n u can't expect the rooms were never ever clean at all they were used n bedshit n all dirty packets washroom was also not good n the staff was also not supportive at all they denied to change the bedsheets n not cleaning the room n the main part was the owner is familiar with us so u can imagine what services you have pay for it so don't go for this hotel this is worst ever hotel i have seen in my life........... don't go for it This 1 star ....

This was my first visit to Hotel Virat. Experience was quite average. We were 7 in total. Started with veg platter (as per owner's suggestion) then had kaju masala, paneer tikka masala, butter roti/plain roti (maida) with jeera rice and dal tadka in the end. The ambience and atmosphere was nice, terrace dining option is also available. Service and food (quality as well as quantity) was average this time. Owner is really generous and look after all the customers personally. Suggestion(s): 1. SERVICE There should at least be 1 servant per table. Had to remind them multiple times for things like green chutney, salt, chaat masala etc. 2. FOOD It took much time for the food preparation yet the quality was average. Quantity was also less. For 6 7 persons you'll have to order 3 sabji. 3. SERVICE Take the main course order soon after taking the starter's order to reduce the idle time between starter and main course. Food: 2.6/5 Service: 2/5 Ambience: 4/5 Kids friendly: 4/5 Parking: Ample parking space available. Payment options: Cash/Online/Card
