Bidrage med feedbackIt's hit or miss here for service, and coffee. Today I only ordered a coffee, and despite being the only customer in the drive thru, it took several minutes. I asked if it took a long time because the coffee was fresh, and the lady said yes. But then it smelled old and was acidic enough to give me a sore throat and a swollen gland. In any other city, Dunkin would have some of the best coffee in town. I'll give it 2 stars instead of one because it has been good occasionally in the past.
So for everyone having a bad day this should make it a little brighter in this world of meltdowns. I left home and went to Dunkin on Walnut Bottom Road for a Large Coffee and Donut. Only to find out at 6:00 am in the morning I had left my wallet on the counter at home 10 minutes away. They were so gracious to tell me not to pay, it was ok. I did go back and pay 20 minutes later, Grateful is a understatement. So next time you want to leave a bad review, think of the good and kindness of this owner. I was a no one who they did not have to give this to. Kindness..... THANK YOU.
I'm giving this a two star rating because of the bagels. The cold brew coffee was good, but the two bagels with cream cheese was pathetic with hardly any cream cheese on it at all. It tasted like I was eating a plain bagel. I threw most of it away. I also thought the young guy at the drive threw window was rude.
Been dropping in because I love donuts, and Dunkin is the only chain donut house in town! And it is right next door to where I work! ???? But these Donuts are not my favorites. Always taste heavy and slightly oily. Coffee is bitter and almost chicory in flavor (yech). Selection of donuts is limited and not listed on menu boards! Service is good, but outside drive through is difficult as lot is small and traffic heavy. Entrance/exit onto Wayne Ave is hazardous at times. Being a longtime fan of Tim Hortons, and west coast Winchells, Dunkin is a lagging third placed. Even local supermarket has a better selection and taste profile. Long's in Greecastle is only real donut place in valley!
I came in the other day. Ordered and waited. They got extremely busy customers were rude to them. Ignoring when they called out orders. Claiming they ordered something else and so fourth. The workers are human and handled it very well. They even gave my little one extra donuts because it was his first time visiting : no one is perfect , no business is perfect but their customer service is amazing
