Mcdonald's - Sherwood

The employees are nice to their customers, but there’s this one girl who works there and I keep seeing her coworkers pick on her. It creates a disturbing environment for me, and It’s just rude. The service is good though.

Manager needs to kick people out for screaming at autistic children. I never got the chance to tell the hostile couple last week for yelling at my boys and calling them bullies. But my one child is autistic and doesn’t have to play with her daughter. The manager needs to read the policies on the webpage. There’s a zero harassment policy. Please please watch out for crazy parents or get ride of the play structure.

This worker that goes by the name Angely gave me rude customer service and rolled their eyes at me when I asked if they could give me extra ranch. I hope I don’t have to experience this rude customer service again.

This is how I got my smoothie!! I pay enough for it, it should be filled to top..

Just a basic McDonald's with a dash more class than the rest of McDonald's restaurants In the area. just a dash of class extra though.
