Staff is extremely rude, disrespectful and incompetent. Staff has complete disrespect towards veterans and their families. Served 5 years Army, never been so disrespected in my life. Celebrated Veterans Day, three years in a row here. I will not be this year and I highly advise any other veterans not to as well. Haven't had a father/son outing in forever, only to have it ruined by incompetent and rude staff. My son was being bullied by other children and he was the one kicked off their play land; he was the one being bullied. Most of the staff is all under 18, except the bartenders and a few supervisors. Completely inexperienced and incompetent staff. To expensive, parents aren't watching their kids. Just a ridiculous establishment. Never taking my son there again.

Family had a ton of fun! Great way to spend the afternoon

It is disappointing to have to write a review like this but I feel it is necessary. I was there a week ago or so, I wanted to play pool so I had to hand over my license in order to play. I left the place and completely forgot to get my license back. next day I had to travel out of state, so I was not able to collect my license. 5 days later, returned from my trip and when called to go pick up my License I was told it was not there. Basically, they lost my license. This is just not acceptable from a reputable business. I left my number to get a call back, it has been 3 days and no returned call to even apologize.

Great place to have fun. Good pizza and entertainment. Laser tag and bowling. We love coming here.
