Well...where to start. Service is TERRIBLE. Staff are rude and they CAN NOT get an order right for the life of them ever. When I pay for a combo...I expect a combo. I was missing items and after I realized some was missing I was rudely told that I had to pay for the missing item. Uhh...no...I ordered what I ordered....it comes with the meal...im not paying extra. They rush the food out in the drive thru and even though there's about 7-8 staff memebers in the area....not 1 can serve a couple of people waiting inside for over 5 mins.Absolutley the worst Tim Hortons I've ever experienced.
Great place minus the flies. Take care of the flies please.
We went out with friends for coffee tonight. It was shortly before 10:00 PM, and the place was almost empty. Approximately 3-vehicles in the Drive Through.Counter service seemed to be slow. My friend ordered a steamed tea, but received a cup of coffee instead. He waited patiently, but no tea was provided.Around 10:20 we noticed steam/smoke filling up the other half of the restaurant. Initially we didn 't notice any smell. We watched another customer stand up and ask "What are you burning? "As we stood up to leave, it was getting very smokey inside. We could see clouds of smoke billowing from the grill. We were informed this was supposed to be completed after closing. It 's our assumption staff wanted to go home early, and started the cleaning while customers were on site. The smell was already starting to bother our throats, as we exited the building. From a safety standpoint, these people should be wearing masks, instead of inhaling this smoke while working in the immediate vicinity of this cleaning process. Not impressed with what we observed this evening.UPDATE:We met up with old friends, who had just arrived from Kelowna. Although they had been forced to evacuate their home, thankfully their home was untouched by fire. Having said that, they were overly sensitive to smoke, and the possibility of fire.in addition to our group of 4, I believe there was only one other customer. This woman was very concerned about the smoke/steam, and walked directly to the counter to enquire what was going on. It was concerning to all 5 of of us. As it continued to build, it basically filled the south half of the restaurant (we were in the far north end, where the smoke had not yet reached us.)As we walked out, we could clearly see the source of the billowing clouds. If it was smoke, it should probably have triggered an alarm. Whatever it was, it wasn 't something that customers or employees should be exposed to. It was definitely starting to effect all of our throats.Parking: Lots of free parking
This tim hortons is terrible. their management is horrible to their employees, underpay the employees/change hours to say they’ve worked less time. they also ALL talk in another language (non english or french) so not only do white english only speaking workers not understand, but customers are also not understanding even ask what are you guys even saying . this country is english french speaking so they should learn to speak english in such a heavy customer service job.that’s the first issue. the second issue is that the food service is terrible. they are constantly talking while making food and will straight up just stand at their work spaces talking to each other in another language when there’s line ups.i even seen them touch dirty things while using gloves without changing gloves before touching bagels again. vomit.never going here again. i recommend y’all choose another tim’s to go to.
