Red Swan Pizza - Sherwood Park

They made the wrong pizza and when I called and politely asked to return the missmade one and get a replacement the man said management wouldn’t do anything. He was very rude and disrespectful. They put sour cream as a base on a pepperoni pizza instead of plain pizza sauce for frame of reference. $30 lost as well as a long time customer so way to go staff at red swan

When my husband went to pick up the food… he said the gentleman who helped him wasn’t very friendly and he had to remind him that they forgot the lava cake. Unfortunate, I find the pizza to be over-cooked/burnt… the teriyaki sauce by the edge that weren’t covered by the cheese/topping was burnt. The pepper was also burnt and the cheese by the edge is all dried up… could have been better if the pizza was taken out a bit earlier. The lava cake was also a disappointment… I expect to see melted chocolate in the center when I cut into it but that wasn’t the case…there’s nothing inside. I see some wet stuff on the top that I thought was due to condensation but maybe that’s suppose to be the lava??? ?‍ Definitely won’t be getting the lava cake ever again
