McDonald's - Sherwood Park

That gets 5 stars compared to other mcdonald’s. I don't love fast food, but the mcdonald is the best in the opposite. good seating and decor. service is good and portion size is good. Sometimes their pommes are limp. However, they are still much better on all fronts than the other local mcdonald’s.

It's been a past since I ordered food from here. it's usually really good. Last nit didn't disappoint. my burger and pommes were both hot at 19 o'clock. nice that I left!

Had a very nice drive-thru interaction, worker was very friendly, big smile and inviting.

Typical mcdonald’s. priority that you go through or skip the dishes. super fat mcdoubles. Self-service kiosk would not read my credit card. nice staff. it's so average, but you know you're coming back.

McDonalds app needs fixing. Ordered some food last week, paid and picked up...no issue, so I thought. Went to pick up some food and my previous order was still in the bag I proceeded to delete everything and start a new order. Spent some time selecting all the item my wife and kids requested, double checked the order and hit pay. Pull up to the drive thru and give them my order number. I thought everything was good. Pull up to second window and they start giving me everything from my order a week ago...nothing they could do they said, order was already processed??? I had to reorder, repay, redrivethru and then had items that nobody wanted...fix your app cause I'm pretty sure it double charged me my points as well...
