Fatburger Sherwood Park

Whelp, I ordered Fatburger from uber and picked up the order myself. Just a combo nothing special. Burger, fries and a pop. 27 dollars was a bit steep for the order but since I've never been to Fatburger, I'd certainly give it a chance.When I got back to work and unpacked my order, I for 1 was disappointed that the pop was a can and not a bottle. 3+ dollars for a can seemed a bit steep to me.2 the fries were more boring then the plains in Saskatchewan. No seasoning salt or anything on them.3 I go to unwrap my burglar, (I call it that because of a waste of money this lunch was) and it's sitting in liquid grease, and because of that, the entire bottom of my burglar bun was sopping wet.27 dollars (with uber inflation I know) was a major disappointment. I will not come here again. 7-11 can do better then what I got today...

By far the worse fat burger! No customer service, no responsibility. It is the principle of offering good service and getting caught in a lie and trying to gaslight your customer is terrible. 100% will never eat at this location again. Also accusing skip of tampering with my food because you didn't fulfill my order correctly is horrendous, should be ashamed that these are the individuals representing your company.

Great Burgers, Great service. In my opinion this is the best Fatburger in the Greater Edmonton Area
