Boston Pizza - Sherwood Park

Definitely the last time this establishment is getting my business. Service was horrible. Pasta had raw mushrooms, the chicken was not even freshly made (waitress admitted so) and tasted very off, but they refused to do anything.

This location can't handle when they are busy. We were told it would be a 10 min wait for our table of 5. So we sat to wait. Eventually a table of 4 was sat before us we presumed it was cause they were a smaller group. We were sat next and right beside them in the same size 4 top table. We asked our server for a bigger table and we were given the option of a chair to sit on the end or to keep waiting. Service is definitely being affected by the kids eat free promotion. This was our 2nd time trying to location this month and I don't think we will be back. Food has gone way down hill while the prices have gone up.

It was very busy so I'm sure the staff were trying their best. It was just a bit dirty at our table when we were seated and it was clear that the place was understaffed.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it here and the kids menu is perfect.

The atmosphere and the service was Excellent. The food was worth every dollar.

Would do a 4.5 stars if I could! We were a table of 8. Loss of one star on service as they messed up my daughters meal delaying us a bit. Service was friendly and timely. Atmosphere was as expected. Otherwise great and would recommend to others!
