Noodle World Jr. - Sherman Oaks

Food is great, but they either need to rent more people or treat people in the store with priority. If it took twice as long, they would still be slow.

The man who greeted us is very friendly and polite. We both have #7. The noodles were very good, but we had better. The pig was beautiful and tasteful, the type of saved bowl.. I'd come back here, maybe try something else. Boba was delicious!

The cash register was pleasant. I wanted Spice Level 7 She told me that she added extra chili on the side so I can adjust the heat. Nice! But the Panang Curry was sooo WATERY. The taste was hardly there. And then, to round it off, there was only a tiny amount of spice, so the whole dish was missing.. I ate the protein most veggies learned my lesson.

It seems that others have had some of bad experiences, but as it seems and I would probably agree a bad experience is enough to throw you away from a place. After seeing the experiences of others, I see that mine was not unique. I had a vegetarian dish, and everything tasted like that. No COVID, had tasted other things well, but that was simply tasteless. As someone else mentioned, not much taste, like simple noodles in some oily water. I tried to break it up with Sriracha and Tamari Soy Sauce until I realized that I only changed the broth and the noodles would still be superbland. Maybe they were undercooked, maybe they were overcooked, not safe. Just not good. The Noodle World in LA was quite great!
