We asked the first clerk (long black hair) if it was possible to have it but the latter at first didn 't know what we were talking about (as if to say that this product doesn 't exist). And when we showed her the product on the sushi shop site itself, there she was not able to do because she did not receive the training .So the first clerk asked her colleague (brown hair with glasses). The latter came to see us and talked to us very stupidly, telling us that she didn 't do a combo. So we couldn 't have it. This is where we say the product exists on the site so why can 't we have it? In addition it was like 5pm so far from closing (which could have explained a refusal).And there, still so stupid, the second clerk replied that we couldn 't have a combo but that we could have any sushi separately...So if we ask for the combo sushi...we have a combo that supposedly was basically impossible to do........My friend and I understood that these young girls just didn 't want to work and provide customer service worthy of the name, because we agree that preparing a combo for pregnant women requires paying attention to food etc. all as for a combo for allergic person. You have to put in the effort and just do your job, which clearly neither of them wanted to do.The sushi shop is known for having original and delicious recipes but with such shitty service I see no point in continuing to spend time and money on such a business.
Such a slow services I had to wait for my order for 35 mins. They don't have bubble tea, then why advertise on paper? Disgusting employees playing around while preparing the order.
Rien à voir avec la qualité habituelle des sushi shop.
Très déçue du sushi shop au carrefour de l'Estrie...1. Manque énormément de stock, pas moyen d'avoir ce que l'ont veut2. Quand finalement on réussi à trouver ce qu'on peux avoir, on nous annonce une attente de 20 30 min3. Après avoir fait les plats de mes enfants 20 minutes plus tard, on m'annonce qu'ils n'ont pas ce qu'il faut pour mon repas. Je choisi le remboursement... Il me rembourse le total de ma facture pour me recharger les repas des enfants, une chance que je paye pas des frais bancaires.
J'adore les sushis shop mais celui ci est tellement décevant! Problème de facture , avocat dure comme le roc. Je retournerai plus jamais là!
