I really love this restaurant and I think it has good employees

Great family restaurant. this place has fed four generations of my family. it is a sherbrooke tradition. everyone who moves away thinks of a hot dog and a pommes on the way back to the city. the potatoes are delivered fresh twice a week, peeled and served within a few days. How do I know? I used to get the bags up and down. if you want to eat good fast, with high quality ingredients and impeccable service, this is the place to go. you will come to sherbrooke without going to louis." louis' is sherbrooke.

Can not beat the poutin or the hot dogs, especially a tout garni. service is always top-notch, even if the location is crazy busy (and it is often) they love the focus on local ingredients and reduce the use of plastics in their take-out packages. parking is less than ideal, but this is part of the lack of road parking in the neighbourhood. in front of location is the parking lot good when a bit tight.

Had a great experience. the wait was long, but very fast moving. the service was super and fast. had a cheeseburger, classic poutine and hotdogs. comes back definitiw!

Poutine was out of this world delicious. Montreal smoked meat sandwich reminded us of Malik's in Windsor, ON. So glad we tried it.
