Siboire - Sherbrooke

Love having lunch at Siboire. Excellent variety if their beers on tap. Excellent light lunch menus. We enjoyed pizza Margherita and a Caesar salad. Convivial service. Always consistent food. It’s worth a visit.

We were 2 couples and sat outside on the terrace. The service was professional and friendly. We were 2 couples and we all agreed that the menu had very little choice. I guess we made the mistake of not checking it first. We were hoping for burgers but none was on the menu. What we did order we enjoyed. Pizza was very good, my pork sandwich was actually delicious. There is cider and wine available as well as their beer. They are in a wonderful location with lots of parking available. As much as we enjoyed our food there just wasn’t enough on the menu to bring us back. But definitely worth a visit.

I decided to check out this place for a quick dinner with my family. I would say that the service we received was excellent. Our server was helpful with his food and drink suggestions. The beer I drank was craft IPA and I was fine with it. The only issue is the food selection. This place is a bar that happens to serve food. I would not say it had a big selection of things to eat. We really enjoyed the fish and chips and nachos and calamari and smoked meat sandwiches. The food items listed were fewer than the drink items. I would have given this place 4.5 stars if I could. T

I tried the menu of the day which was seafood soup.Huge shrimp, large piece of cod fish, mussels all in a delisious broth. In fact this gastro pub corresponds exactly to our expectation,not only the beer was surprising and excellent, but the menu is original and well presented.

My party of four went to this restaurant for lunch and were impressed by the nice decor and atmosphere. The beer selection was great and the food was delicious. Our waitress, Melany, was very friendly and attentive. We definitely plan on returning in the future.
