Group of around 30 people, October 29, 2023 at 10 a.m.1. We had two waitresses. A very good one and one who didn't care.Waitress doesn't care about her service and assisting us. No service, no follow-up, no attention.2. Lack of will3. Everyone eats at our table and we receive our plates when everyone has finished.4. The waitress late for everything. No acknowledgment of his mistakes or sincere apologies.5. Minimum 8 errors at our table.6. The food was good even if the cooks or waitresses made nonsense of our orders.We will unfortunately not be returning. It's okay to make mistakes and it happens, we are able to understand that, but making mistakes and not apologizing for it I find it exaggerated. The least you can do is own up to mistakes and be honest with the situation. No responsibility was taken for the lack of service at our table. In the long run, waitresses like that kill a business.

I hope the owner or manager of this restaurant will consider serving fewer clients in order to provide better service. The lack of employees is evident and impacts the overall experience. While the staff who seated us were friendly, that was the extent of the positive experience. It took a long time to receive menus and even longer to have our order taken. The coffee we were served was not hot, and we had to serve ourselves throughout the meal. Our food took a while to arrive and was not prepared as requested, missing several items. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and did not return to check on us or offer more coffee. The wait to pay was also lengthy. Overall, the service was disappointing and improvements are needed. The restaurant should consider serving fewer clients in order to provide better service.

Lots of people so probably for this reason that toast not cooked, plate lukewarm, in my opinion it should perhaps refuse people because I find that the restaurant has lost some for several

On a positive note, the Eggsfruit on Bourque next to the Galaxy cinema is excellent. I had hoped for similar quality at this Eggsfruit location, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown.

I ordered a Philly omelette at this restaurant. It was probably one of the worst dishes I've ever had for lunch. The omelette was burnt on the bottom, had no seasoning, and they even forgot the cheese. It took so long to receive my meal that I didn't feel comfortable sending it back to the kitchen. Additionally, the fruit was hard and not ripe, with the pineapple peel being a forest green color. Next time, I think waiting in line at Eggsquis would be a better choice.
