Turned up and queued at the bar to tell them we were there as couldn’t see our reserved table anywhere. Queued for 20mins finally the woman behind the bar said nothing to do with her then proceeded to serve someone else. The guy behind the bar shouted out the last table went at 6pm. Then he ran off somewhere else. I know it’s the football and it’s busy but if you don’t have tables at 6.30 just reject the booking then I could have booked something else. I also understand it’s busy and people are trying to get served but no need to be rude and ruin my night.

After all the planning of where we were eating that night we arrived on time only to be greeted that they were not serving food as there was no chef or available staff!!! WHY ADVERTISE IF THEY ARENT CAPABLE OF DELIVERING!!

At the bar he was raised and quenched to tell them that we were there, as could not see our reserved table everywhere. the woman behind the bar has asked for 20 minutes and then nothing to do with her when she wanted to serve someone else. the guy behind the bar called the last table around 18 o'clock. then he ran somewhere else. I know it's the football and it's busy, but if they don't have tables at 6.30, I would have booked something else. I also understand that it is busy and people try to be served, but no need to be rude and ruin my night.

After all the planning where we ate in this night, we arrived only in time to welcome that they did not serve food as there was no cook or available staff! how are they relying on the repayed!

Amazing eating, personal were very friendly. beautiful atmosphere in pub . I took my parents my nan and my little family here for a meal that everyone loved eating and can not wait to go back. would recommend to everyone to have a few drinks and a child-friendly venue.
