Mcdonald's Folkestone - Shepway

This is our third time experiencing missing or incorrect items from this restaurant. When we called to inquire, we were told that the delivery company is to blame, as they failed to include our complete order in the bag. It seems like getting the correct order from this location is now a hit or miss situation, and unfortunately, we usually miss out.

My colleague ordered a chicken select which did not come with the usual special dip. I requested 4 barbecue dips but only received 2. I was very disappointed by this as it affected our lunch experience. To make matters worse, my boss accused me of stealing the missing items and now I am not allowed to receive any more complimentary lunches. This is unacceptable, McDonald's needs to address this issue immediately.

So terrible! Parked after drive through and my order never arrived. Ordered again and they gave me the wrong food! Then corrected but forgot one item. Appalling!

This is the third time we've ordered through the Just Eat app and once again items were missing from our order. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Ordered a delivery as we do every Friday). Had enough now. They NEVER get the order right and always something missed. Won't bother again
