Eleto Chocolate Cafe - Shepway

I recently visited Eleto Chocolate Cafe and had a disappointing experience. The employee at the counter seemed unenthusiastic and didn't even acknowledge me for a few minutes, despite there being only two other customers in the cafe. I will not be returning.

This coffee shop is delightfully unique. The service was lovely and welcoming. Despite only ordering drinks, we did not feel rushed at all. The hot chocolates were particularly impressive, and the cocktails, 2 for 11 pounds, were also quite good.

A group of my friends and I ordered a variety of sweet treats including different crepes and a milkshake, along with tap water. The service was good, prices were reasonable, and the food was beautifully presented with plenty of toppings. It tasted delicious! Even the tap water was served in separate glasses with ice, lemon, and straws, which was a nice touch compared to most restaurants that serve it in a jug with glasses.

Gin &tonic rank tonic from bottle which was flat and had to ask for slice of lemon, the toilets are diabolical, not clean light bulbs out , looked like dog bowls on the floor in toilet area , not very impressed at all would not recommend at all .

We walked in and sat down. Not sure if we were supposed to order at the till or whether they would come over. No acknowledgement. Member of staff took old plates etc away, but didn't wipe the table. In the end we went up to the till and ordered. It seemed plenty of staff not doing much or being personable. Coffee ok. Nice music
