Little Caesars Pizza - Shepherdsville

Order two pizzas with extra cheese and meat. Pick it up within 15 or so minute order. They took well old regular pizza from the drawer and put it in my slot. It was hardly warm and nothing extra on it. Try to talk to someone, but there is not even a way to talk to someone

I worked for 30 years in customer service and I never treated or talked to anyone like I did today at Lil-Stoppern apoke. Cain Carey and Ashley were rude and disrespectful. I called a pickup job because I drove, I didn't use the app where I explained to the man on the other line. He yelled at me, said to me, I don't know what you're talking about, and when I asked him to repeat myself, because I couldn't hear him, he cries, I said it a lot rudely. When I get to the store to talk to someone about it, I'm greeted by Ashley, who tells me, "She has napkins when I want to cry about it ' Then when I asked who runs the store, they say they do. What? Who's really here? I'm sitting outside to make this review and the whole staff is smoking. Who's Brandon? You don't earn money in the middle of lunch on a Saturday, because your employees are talking to your Mäzen in this way.

WORSE LOTTLE CEASAREN IN AMERICA. No pizza ready 4-8 as advertised. Rude smart ick worker. Order wrong... 90 minutes for a pizza. Waited 20inites and never toy order....always the same at every visit.

Very rude manager and employee. It was overloaded. When asked about overcharge manager and employee said have a nice day. Loud. Turned and went away. They turned very ghetto and white garbage really fast. Advise all to stay away from Shepherdsville Ky location

Little caesars pizza is ok but the guy called Pat who says is the manager needs to be fired and not be able to serve custumers at all ever in his life i went in asked for pizza and two orders of wings he dhook his had and had additude immediately i just said ok dont bother since i saw he was getting aggravated so he said do u want it or not i said no dont worry give me the pizza i asked for hus name and he just went off on me and saying if u dont like it dont come here and saying I have ur name from the card and ur gonna be banned from here alwso sayung go back to ur country which i walked out and he also fallowed me outside still running his mouth than my wide went in he also went off and was yelling the whole time did not calm down we did come almost before close which is they didnt want to make it bc they was avout to close all he could have said is were closing soon sorry thats all not go off and escalate the situation cery poor custumer service and definitely not manager material . The photo is him coming out the store behind my wofe runing his mouth as we was driving off he was still yelling and telling us we were not allowed to be on that property .
