Oh my goodness!!! That was the best smoked turkey to ever grace our table! It was perfectly cooked and juicy. It sliced beautifully and it was the talk of dinner. Thank you, for the great customer service and for an amazing bird. I can't wait to try your brisket.!!!!

Wowsers! I'd heard about the deliciousness that is Heritage Smoked Meats, and today I finally got a chance to try it for myself! Had the sausage and chicken quarters, and good golly, it was fantastic. The chicken came with a homemade white sauce that was pure magic, and the sausage had some of the best smoked flavor goodness on this side of the Mississippi. I'm hoping the brisket is available the next time we cross paths! Five stars!

Real bbq with a capital R . Cowboy beans to die for. Alabama white sauce that confuses your taste buds in the best possible way. Call ahead, real pitmasters are always changing it up.

It's pretty simple, if you want excellent smoked bbq and delicious ribs, oh and bonus points here because you get to deal with one of the good guys, than this is your place. Called Carl on Thursday night for a couple trays for homecoming tailgate and he came through like a champ and people are still talking about it. Ribs are delish, pulled pork is insane, Carl is groovy. It's all good, check it out!!!

Delicious Karl is our Airbnb host and was kind enough to bring some of his BBQ for us. It was absolutely delicious! We had the pulled pork sandwiches, which were flavorful and fresh (and the coleslaw was amazing), the pepperoni rolls (which had an amazing smoky flavor), and the chicken quarters in Alabama white sauce (which were perfectly juicy and flavorful).
