Red Lobster Shenandoah

I've been a Red Lobster customer for a long time. Most times were good experiences. I have to say this special place was always a favorite. The service was always great. Our server never let us run out of drinks and was on their service. The food was great. It was a great birthday dinner. I ordered the never-ending shrimps. Every shrimp selection was so delicious, I ate so much. My wife had the fish n chips, omg it was so delicious. The cookies were the best as usual. I can't say enough about the whole experience. My only complaint is that I ate so much that I couldn't have a dessert because I ate so much. Definitely recommend this place. I just wish I had taken photos of our food

We wanted to eat at Mia's table two days ago. We went in and the place was full. We were never there and didn't expect it to be a cafeteria style. It was cold inside, not many tables left. So we went and went to an adjacent Red Lobster, and boy, we were glad we did. It's been years since I went to Red Lobster. This place exceeded our expectations. They were four of us. The staff was helpful and polite. Our waiter was ever present, but not intrusive, patient and pleasant. The food was delicious. Surf and Turf had a share as good as many chains of Stake Houses. Cooked at the desired temperature. The dishes came out at the right time, it seemed not too fast, not too slow. We had 2 different desserts, both had chocolate and ice cream. We were full, happy and satisfied.

We had the endless shrimp and it was delicious. Our server, Ashton, was attentive and great to anticipate our needs. Cheesecake for dessert was wonderful, but after all the Endless Shrimp we should probably have split a piece instead of getting our own! Definitely a wonderful experience.

The service was horrific. Waiters spilled our drinks and it took 10min to get new (it was just iced tea). Place was not crowded, but our order lasted forever. I would have spoken to Mgmt, but the condition of the store in general showed me that it would not matter. Don't waste my time at this point.

Barbara our waitress was so kind, patient and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure all of the tables she was caring for, got what they needed in a timely manner. Thanks so much for you positive work ethics and generosity.
