This seems to truly be a family restaurant. The servers, bus staff, and hostess all check on the tables and bring anything needed. The food is excellent. I had the enchiladas Rojas which were the best I've ever had. They also bring out chips and 2 types of salsa when you sit down. One was a traditional salsa, but they serve it warm. The other I think was based on a guacamole dip, but thinner and served chilled. Both were delicious.
