The ordering screen was broken outside at the drive-through floors were dirty in the building and the tables were dirty. Had Stratal wrappers all over them. We waited 30 minutes to get our food. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

They had a hard time getting our order correct. They girl at the pick up window was so rude, not funny. The manager gave us our order free for the mix up Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I asked for my steak bagel for the bagel to be well done One of the cooks hovered up ask what was well done, they stated the bagel. And Start using foul language in a complaining way That I could clearly hear. That means if I could hear the manager at the register. ringing the other person out could hear it and did nothing about it. Upon receiving my sandwich there was no Breakfast sauce inside of my Sandwich.
