This place gives me the creeps! I started not going back here, but I have another chance. first, every time I came here, there were always strange and suspicious people on the parking lot. it is somehow hidden from the main road (dixon blvd,) so that could draw into this kind of people. also, the customer service I received was terrible. I always get a young guy with an attitude that seems like he can't understand directions. Of course no one is perfect, but this guy always has this attitude as if he doesn't want to work there. the way he reacts to simple and clear directions is cruel. Moreover, their small overpriced breakfast sandwiches are ridiculous. I don't know how long this place is open, but I don't come back in a way.

I just went to this JnB site and my food was great! It seems there's only one person in there and he was on that point. Elderly Lord, took my order hit the kitchen (drop came back before I came up (see cash dipped back (check timers temps, etc.) came back with food. I can say this is definitely what happened because I have been there for so much respect. Some restaurants don't move as fast as tonight alone (4/9/22 ticket says 5:23 with 5 employees at night and 2 cars lol If I had it tonight, he definitely deserved a tip. The best I can do until I get back is to give the man a scream.

I'm so disappointed by Jack'n' the box.(with my food) Everyone who knows me knows I'm always on them. Today the lady on the car was rude (1pm) and my egg rolls were burned. I stopped going there last year because I had a bad experience with them. I just started eating there. I gave them four stars because my fiancée said his food was hot; Pommes and everything. Even his tea was sweet. My egg rolls were burned, hard and cold.
