Ordered in the drive through at 511 food not ready until 550 ! I had to get out of my car and go inside to get my order ! Absolutely ridiculous! Do better with your drive through or don’t have one at all! **** poor service Service: 1

Chick-fil-A inside this mall at Shelby actually has a drive thru outside the mall. Great Chick-fil-A service along with their outstanding chicken sandwiches. Classic Southern chicken sandwich is what they are famous for and well worth having any day except Sunday when they are closed Service: Take out Price per person: $1–10

The drive thru service at Shelby Mall on 74 has the nicest, sweetest and most helpful lady taking our order.She wasn't inside the air conditioned, cool store she was outside standing in the hot sun, on parking lot pavement. Still had the biggest smile on her face as she helped us with our order suggesting things we had forgotten. Then when the food was brought out to the car, it was a perfect order with freshly cooked food that was so delicious. Please try the Mac Cheese bowl. It is better than homemade at Thanksgiving!!

They are always very friendly... I love the parfaits. My only issue is sometimes when ordering I ask for extra granola and I ask if they got it... they say yes only to get home and it's not... so just make sure you check for add ons. The food is alwaysfresh and good !
