Papa Johns Pizza - Sheffield

A massive thanks to you, who worked shift tonight, we had not realized that the store had closed, but he gave us a free pizza from a canceled order, it is really appreciated and what a nice Lord. Plus it was really delicious

Pretty sure these guys are psychics. We get a lot of supplies from here, which always means that the delivery driver must navigate every time ecclesall road gridlock. Nevertheless, the order is always extremely fast. Do they feel my pizza cravings before I even clicked “Finish and Pay”? Do you have a kind of secret pizza delivery drone to fly over Ekcy Street permanent traffic exhibition? Have they built a complicated series of underground roads from the store to the most important residential areas? Sarcasm aside, the pizzas are always [Kisse Finger like an Italian cook] and the delivery is super rapido. Thank you for your continued service during the Faul and Kater in Sheffield x

1: Delivery: The supplier refused to enter the entire building complex and I had to run about 10 minutes in the rain to get the order. He'll wait in double yellow! After walking, he'll wait in double yellow anyway. Had a lot of supplies, never had such problems. 2: Food: 1 year ago it was good, now the same pizza is terrible! I think the managers of this industry need to be fired!

Bad customer service and long time when you order from Deliveroo Uber, you only make shop orders first.

I've never left a bad review before but, honestly, I cannot believe the terrible customer service I have just received. Firstly, the team would not take my order over the phone but then answered my friend and was happy to take their order. I then called again 15 minutes before collection which they advised my friend then asked me to wait. I waited 5 minutes then put the phone down. When my friend called, they took the order but missed two pizzas. I was at work whilst they were messing around. I will not be a returning customer.
