Bidrage med feedbackThis was a delivery. Missing chicken zinger burger. Tried to ring KFC and no answer constantly. This is the 3rd time KFC have let me down. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE PASSING IT OVER TO THE DELIVERY DRIVER.
Worst ever customer service ever experienced , rude member of staff at drive through this evening , appalling attitude
Must write this negative review due to receiving a £60 parking fine despite being in the restaurant for the whole period of time (family of 4 with 3 under 5 years of age) apparently 7 minutes over the permitted time. After waiting for a long time (including a trip and wait for missing items), it will be my last visit to this KFC.
Went to this restaurant 2 years ago, and vowed never to go back, as it was that bad. Was in Sheffield and had to charge my EV car, so thought I would give it another chance as they have a charging point. Wish I hadn 't. Two piece meal with chips. One piece was fine, but I 've had bigger wings than the second thigh. Took it back and the young (helpful) server took it behind and showed the cook. He returned with another exactly the same size , or it may even have been the same piece. Asked to speak to the Manager, who turned out to be the same cook who had given me the small thigh. He said that 's what you get one normal and one small piece . Asked him to show me where it says that on the menu but he wouldn 't answer and refused to change it! Subsequently complaimned online to KFC who sent me a voucher to compensate for the food and the manager 's attitude. Won 't return, and this time I mean it....
Ordered via delivery. KFC had left 3 chicken strips out of the order and for a meal for one there was a scabby small piece of Chicken. Staff should check the order correctly before passing on to the driver delivering. Tried to contact KFC by phone to ask but no answer. Will not be using again
