Bidrage med feedbackI dined at this restaurant before a concert and it took a very long time to be served. Our plates sat empty on the table for way too long, and when we tried to order dessert, it took so long that we eventually gave up. When we mentioned the poor service to the staff, they didn't seem to care and simply said they were closing down in 2 weeks anyway. Good riddance!
The food at this chain restaurant was as expected, but the standout was our waiter, Kieren, who was very attentive. My advice to Chiquito would be to focus on the customer experience and keep surveys simple and quick. Asking customers to fill out long surveys on a tablet after their meal takes away from the dining experience. If you want feedback on your staff and service, go out and talk to people instead of relying on surveys. My main priority when eating out is enjoying a nice meal, not assisting with your marketing strategy.
Good food and good service. Quality scran. Food did take a little while to arrive but not too much of a bother due to having a nice chat with friends!
We have just had a meal here for our wedding anniversary and the food was superb. We both had steak for our main meal and it was cooked to perfection. Couldn't fault any of the meal. Our waiter was so lovely and friendly
Hello We attended this restaurant today 12th March booked a table only when we arrived we found that there was a children’s party in attendance. We first had to wait for 10 minutes to be shown to our table then when we were shown to our table the server said someone will be over to take a drinks order but no one turned up I had to go to the bar to get someone to come over who did take a drink order but we never received the drinks nor did we get anyone to take a food order so after being sat for approx 1 hour we left without placing an order or reviving the drinks we ordered there were 3 other tables waiting as well and they never got served awful service no apology nothing just awful
