Great pub. Really good ales and cheap n cheerful homecooked food. A proper pub. Nice menu not the same boring rubbish everywhere else serves. Done well without gimmicks. A real find.

Lovely pub, well kept ale, it's all about the ale. Hardly ever eat there, but it's good pub grub. Filling. Beautiful garden.

Follow Mr Mrs R on TikTok. Smashing traditional, semi rural pub. Real ale straight from the barrel and lovely cellar chilled ciders fresh from the cellar. Plenty of room inside the pub and a big real sun trap garden out the back. Food is plenty full, well prepared and presented. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good ale and food at a affordable price. Fount of pub parking or there is big car park on the opposite side of the road. Price per person: £1–10
